Embark on a captivating journey along Wexford’s historic Slaney Estuary, where Viking waterways, rich wildlife, and centuries of Irish heritage come to life.
The boat leaves from Wexford Quay opposite the South East Radio building in Wexford town. Our scenic cruise glides past the Ballask Bank, the Blackman, and the North Slob, leading to the playful seal colony at Raven Point—a haven for birdlife, otters, and even peregrine falcons soaring above.
Dress for the weather. Our upper deck is open air. However, you have the choice to relax indoors in our comfy lounge if you prefer.
Please arrive at the Wexford River Cruise boat, at least 15-30 minutes before stated departure time where a member of the crew will greet you for check-in.
For your own safety, please do not board the boat until you are checked-in by a member of the crew at the gate.
To ensure a smooth and stress-free boarding experience, we kindly recommend arriving at least [15–30] minutes early, as traffic around Wexford and the quays can be unpredictable, especially during peak times. This allows ample time for parking, check-in, and boarding before we set sail.
Parking in Wexford: There are several convenient options within walking distance of the boat. We recommend using the Crescent Car Park, Paul Quay Car Park, or Redmond Square Car Park. Please allow extra time during busy periods, as spaces can fill up quickly, especially on weekends and holidays.

Street parking in Wexford town is generally pay and display.

Your booking is not valid without a booking number or confirmation email. If you have booked but do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us directly as soon as possible.
Cancellation & Rebooking Policy
- All sales are final. Cancelled bookings by the customer are not refunded.
- To change your booking, we require a minimum of 3 days' notice.
- Refunds are only provided if we cancel a tour due to inclement weather (e.g., severe conditions or fog) or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We will issue cancellation notices via email. Please check the inbox of the email address you provided before your departure for any updates.
- Late arrivals or no-shows are non-refundable. If you do not show up on the day or miss your ferry, we are unable to transfer or move your booking to another date. Please plan accordingly to arrive on time and ensure you are at the correct departure location, as stated in your booking email.
